1. What age range of kids does Kybo’s cater for?

The products we have in our store are perfect for babies and toddlers. You see, being a mom has changed my life in ways I never imagined. So I know tough it can be on some days. Did I say some? Most days!!

This is why I carefully source for items that can make parenting as easy as possible. On Kybo's store, you will find clothes, shoes and accessories suitable for children between from 0 and 5 years. Some products are even available in higher sizes.

2. I'm not sure what to send to a new parent, what do you recommend?

I get this question a lot. It can be confusing trying to figure out the best gift for a new parent. It’s easier when they have a gift registry. In the event that they do not have one, a gift card works just fine. Gift cards are also great as birthday gifts to children.

You can also send a gift box containing some basic baby essentials.

3. Which payment options do you accept?

The question is “which payment option don’t we accept?” For real, we accept all payment methods available for online shopping in the United States!

We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Elo, JCB, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo and Visa. If your preferred payment method is not included, please write me an email and we can sort that out.

4. How does your shipping work. How soon can I receive my order?

We ship throughout the United State via USPS. Depending on the season, you can get your delivery maximum of seven to ten days. Guess what, for orders over $50, you get free shipping!

5. Is there payment by installment?

Yes!!

Kybo’s Baby Clothing now has payment by installment thanks to Afteypay! So can you purchase any products of your choice and split payments up to four times.
